When I fix his pain or when he cries and I’m able to soothe him and he gives me the biggest hug, that makes me feel like his super hero.

Seeing my son light up every time he sees me. No matter if I’ve had the worst day or didn’t sleep the night before, when he looks at me it makes my heart swell.. His hugs and snuggles make me feel like I’m the safest place for him and that helps me know I’m doing something right.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That every season is special in its own way. Even the hard days and months when i feel like I’m not getting anything done or not sleeping, i remind myself that these days will end and i should embrace it as long as i can. Seeing him get more independent is so rewarding but also so sad and I want to slow down and not wish it away.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it to pay off debt and then put some away in an account for our son. I would want to give some more to our church and if we had any left over maybe plan a trip as a family.
