Watching them grow, learn and become who they are. I enjoy seeing the difference in personalities, who is the fighter who is the leader, and who is the caregiver. Also adapting to the dynamic of it all. I have a 14 yr old, 6 yr old and 10 month old baby; the dynamic can be wild sometimes. The dynamic of our family helps me grow and challenges me to become someone I can be so proud of; That they can be proud of.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The selflessness of being a mother is a choice. A choice that you make daily, but is also a balance. Being a mom can be consuming and challenging. I have had periods in my life where I have lost myself or felt like I lost my identity to becoming a mom. With every family transition I have found myself again. I have become so unapologetically and authentically myself and I am beyond thankful for that lesson.
What would you do with $20,000?First I would add funds to my kids college savings. Then, I would like to pay on my debt that I have accumulated to support my family. I would also create a backyard sanctuary for the family, with a green house to accommodate a year round garden.
