Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Being blessed to be Dakota's mom. She is my sunshine. We have a typical relationship of ups & downs. My rule had always been never go to bed without speaking and talking about our disagreement. We are never promised tomorrow and we both don't ever want regrets. Through it all I could not imagine my life without my daughter. She is my everything. My daughter Dakota is thé greatest gift from God. I Love Her God No Higher.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that being a mom comes with a lot of emotions all in a day. Motherhood has taught me patience and understanding. It's had also taught me to be open minded to change. Being a mom, even at this age has kept me young and the continued lessons life brings. When we hit a bumpy rode, I always remind my daughter that I have never been this age (whatever the age is) and never raised a child now young adult at this age. I assure her that we will always be a "team!"

What would you do with $20,000?

If I were to win the $20,000, I would pay off my daughters student loans, my personal bills, and take my daughter on a much needed and deserving vacation. In addition to that, I would do something special for my 87 year old mother. I would also use the money to continue to help the homeless in NYC and save whatever is left.
