The most rewarding part of being a mom is being able to spend every moment with each of them and see them accomplish anything and everything they put their minds to from school to sports to friends to church to just life in general. Being the one they run to when they need anything, want a hug, Want to talk, just need a shoulder or a listening ear. Hearing them say they have the best mom who’s always there, shows up for it all, tries their best, tells the truth and cooks good food!

The biggest lesson that motherhood has taught me is to forgive myself. I am one person who tries so hard for so many people and in their eyes, I’m doing a great job. While when I look at myself, I always question if I could do better, I’m trying really hard to see how much I do, how much I care, how much love I pour into each of these children day in and day out and maybe I mess up here and there the little things but the things that matter like showing up and loving them. I’m really great at.

What’s $20,000 I would like to bring my best friend out here who actually submitted my application here and go on a trip with her and the kids. This last year has taught me how short life is and how fast time goes. I would also use the money to pay off some debt we have. Then just put a little bit in savings so hopefully we have to stress a little less.
