My mom always puts herself first. Even when she struggles, she knows people need her love more than she does.

I made this for my mom so she can treat herself! I’m not a mom but I know my mom loves the reward of knowing her children grew up loved and cared for. I know she loves when my brother and I hangout and show love because she had three brothers but isn’t super close with them. She loves knowing that her kids are close and it reflects her motherhood.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?It’s okay to not be okay. I know my mom constantly tries to act like she always okay. She told me recently that when I have kids to make sure to take time for myself to ensure that my mental health is 100%. Motherhood can be challenging but it’s the most rewarding thing.
What would you do with $20,000?I would take my mom traveling. She’s beginning her health journey through weight loss and she never felt comfortable out in public. She recently traveled for work and absolutely loved it. She is constantly talking about traveling but doesn’t have the fund to do so. My mom is the most respectful person and loves to learn about different cultures. She’s beginning to do things she wants to do since my brother and I moved out rather than always putting her kids wants first. Traveling is her passion.
