What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That you can’t pour from an empty nervous system. Motherhood forced me to face my patterns, my triggers, and my healing. It taught me that regulation, not perfection, is what my kids need most. When I changed how I show up internally, everything in my home changed.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into expanding my healing work for moms who feel lost in survival mode. Creating accessible programs, resources, and support so more women can regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and become the safe, grounded mom they want to be without losing who they are.
