What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The “most rewarding part” of being a mom isn’t just one thing—it’s a collection of moments that hit differently over time. Early on, it’s that deep sense of being needed. You’re their whole world, and even though it’s exhausting, there’s something powerful about knowing your presence alone can calm them. As they grow, it shifts into watching them become their own person. Seeing your child learn something new, show kindness, or develop a sense of humor—it feels like witnessing a little piece me

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood teaches—over and over—is that you can’t control everything, but you can choose how you show up. You can’t control who your child becomes, how every situation turns out, or whether you get it “right” all the time. But you can control your patience (or at least keep working on it), your effort, your willingness to listen, and how you love them through each phase.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would help pay for my medical treatments since I have multiple sclerosis, and take me and my daughter on a great vacation to Disney world
