What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Watching my kids grow. Yes I know everyone says that. However my oldest and I kinda grew up together so he is one of my best friends and he has told me he trusts me more than anyone in the world. My little is so emotionally intelligent, kind and funny he attonishes me daily.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Nothing is ever what you think. I have had to learn to constantly try to look at things from so many different angles because kids struggle to communicate sometimes. Sometimes what you might have thought was about a missing toy was actually the fact that they were worried they would be in trouble for a missing toy. Figuring that out has helped me grow on my own but also helped me to help my kids.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would put it towards buying a new places with a little land. The start my own small gluten free farm stand because finding good gluten free that doesn't cost an arm and leg is impossible. My oldest has celiac so it's been a struggle since he was little and if I can try to make it easier for some other families I would be happy.
