What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

I was born to be a mom. Seeing my kids happy everyday and smiling and laughing is the greatest gift. Knowing that my kids depend on me and that I able to provide a good life for them is all so rewarding.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Patience and understanding. And to love without conditions. Especially with an adolescent child I am have learned to be patient with him and understand his point of view. He’s growing into a young man and needs me to parent him just as much as his younger siblings. For my twins all I can be is patient and understanding as they grow and learn and start to navigate through the world. Watching them evolve into little people really makes slow down.

What would you do with $20,000?

Wow! First of all I would give back to my community somehow. Feed the homeless donate to children in my neighborhood. Then of course take a much needed vacation. Lastly pay a bill or two and set up bank accounts for all of my kids 🙏🏾
