I'd say it's when you are out in public and your child shows amazing manners and a wicked fun personality. It makes you so proud of that little person and makes the hard work seem so worth it.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?To never forget that I am a person too with hobbies, interests, and friends. I can give 100% to my family but only if I've taken the time to take care of me. (Workout, drink coffee in silence, take a break, etc.)
