Showing up with even more love, after believing my cowboy angel took it all with him to Heaven at 14. God has blessed me beyond measure with our adopted son with special needs, our daughter, son-in-law, and a beautiful granddaughter born 2/23/26. Motherhood is the greatest gift, no matter life’s trials. Stand firm in faith—through God, all things are possible. God is GREAT all the time, all the time God is GREAT!
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Falling in love at 15 and marrying my high school sweetheart has been one of the greatest blessings of motherhood. For 25 years, my best friend has stood beside me through every trial and triumph. Together, we’ve raised our family, faced the heartbreak of losing our forever 14-year-old cowboy angel, and continue loving and advocating for our son with autism. Every sleepless night and tear has been worth it. I am truly blessed.
What would you do with $20,000?Purchasing more Brander’d By Christ Bibles in honor of our son to share across the world in loving memory of Brander Mavrick Smith, providing new sensory toys to support our son Brand, and helping our daughter and son-in-law with expenses as they welcome and care for our precious granddaughter.
