Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Giving and receiving unconditional love and support. Witnessing my children's growth and accomplishments, no matter how big or small they may be or seem, they are all wins. Creating everlasting memories with them that will be cherished through generations. Being able to influence little minds and teach kindness, forgiveness, and empathy in a world that is not always forgiving or kind. Finding in myself, profound happiness and enjoyment to always be the best mother I can be.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

All mothers experience motherhood differently. Motherhood is not a one-size-fits-all scenario. From pregnancy to birth, it's different. The biggest lesson that motherhood has taught me is that prioritizing family connection is most important. Cultivating love, learning, and growth as a unit, regardless of unexpected challenges or situations, is what motherhood is truly about. Perfection is unattainable; parenting comes with adapting to changes that require calmness during complexities.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would buy my special needs daughter a Safe Place Bed with a monitor, so that as she grows, she would have a more comfortable, safe sleep that would continue to fit her needs. I would also love to take an extended trip to somewhere tropical with my family. Both of my children are sensory seekers and love the water; a beach would be nothing short of perfect.
