Seeing my children grow physically, mentally and spiritually. My 9 year old was diagnosed with Autism during the COVID Era and he was also nonverbal, during that time it was hard to find the right help because no one could be face to face. It was a long journey for all of us but he does talk now and goes to a special education program in school. My now 13 year old was a big help with his brother and never treated him differently just as brothers would. They fight, they laugh, they cry together.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?As many times as I wanted to give up I couldn't because they need me and anything life throws at us we will conquer it together. We struggle to make ends meet because my husband can't work full time because of my son's disability and taking care of the kids while I work 50 hrs a week. As soon as I get home I see him off to work. We rarely see each other because of our schedule. I just hope life lets us take a break and breathe one day soon.
What would you do with $20,000?The one car we have to get to and from 2 different schools and 2 different jobs is breaking down so we will get a car and then put some aside for my children's education and buy groceries and put the rest into a savings account for emergencies so we can breathe a little.
