Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Being a cycle breaker. Raising emotionally intelligent, grounded daughters through a steady, loving foundation. I didn't grow up with that kind of example, so creating this kind of environment for makes it even more meaningful, especially after healing from Lyme disease and stage 4 endometriosis before having my second daughter. After everything it took to get here, the ordinary moments mean everything to me.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

That what you don’t heal, you pass on. Motherhood taught me that healing isn’t optional, it’s a responsibility. I’ve had to become deeply aware of my thoughts, my patterns, and my energy so I can raise my daughters from a place of wholeness, not survival. The more grounded and aligned I become, the more safety, love, and strength they get to grow up in.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to help my eight-year-old daughter bring her vision to life. She’s created a vision board, runs a lemonade stand every summer, and dreams of having her own organic juice and baked goods truck. I’d help her take the first real steps toward building her business. I’m so proud of her, and I hope my youngest follows her lead one day. I want my girls to grow up not just dreaming, but building something of their own with confidence and purpose.
