I have 5 wonderful kid, a husband with cancer, a job, homeschool my kids, and run a non profit....and still make time for family & friends!

The most rewarding part is getting to be part of my kid's lives. To watch them become who they were meant to be, within all the big and small moments, brings me so much joy. They are all so unique, and I can watch first hands how love and support enables them to figure it out on their own.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson is that you can only try your best. I used to compare myself to other moms, and realized everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, but we can do our best. We can also be a tribe that can help each other and cheer each other on. No one is perfect, but we can be bring joy and fun to make it a little easier on the way through it. :)
What would you do with $20,000?I would love to go on a long family vacation to Australia. My husband has always wanted to scuba dive at the Great Barrier Reef. I'd love to make some fun memories with my kids and get away from all the mundane tasks that await me at home. While I'd like to reasonable and save it, pay off debt, save for college....I think it's a once in a lifetime gift that I'd like to take advantage of to experience the joy of being a special part of my family- the cool fun mom!
