What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching each of my five kids grow into who they are, especially my twins after everything we have been through. From raising my older kids to navigating the chaos and joy of toddlers again, every stage has stretched me and strengthened me. The everyday moments mean the most, showing up, loving them through hard days, and being their safe place. Knowing they feel deeply loved and supported is what makes it all worth it.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that I cannot control everything, especially raising five kids with very different needs and personalities, but I can control how I show up for them. It has humbled me, stretched me, and grown me in ways nothing else could. I have learned that connection matters more than perfection, and that even on the hardest days, showing up with love, patience, and consistency is what truly shapes them.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, I would use it to create stability for my family during this big season of life. We are working toward buying a home, and with five kids, that security means everything to me. It would take so much pressure off and allow me to focus more on being present for them. I would also invest in my education as I work toward becoming a teacher, showing my kids that it is never too late to chase your goals.
