The most rewarding part of being a mom is raising a strong, independent daughter while balancing a full, busy life. Between work, a first responder husband, and farm days, it’s not always easy, but seeing her confidence, her love for the outdoors, and knowing I’m her safe place makes it all worth it.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me patience in ways nothing else could, and how to truly value time. In the middle of busy days and constant responsibilities, I’ve learned to slow down, be present, and appreciate the small moments. It’s shown me that time is fleeting, and the little things: connection, laughter, and simply being together matter the most.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I’d ease the financial stress on my husband, a first responder who carries so much for our family. I’d also love to surprise my daughter with a new horse for her birthday in August, something she’s dreamed of. It would mean giving back to both of them in a way that supports their passions and brings joy to our everyday life.
