Raising my daughter completely on my own after leaving an extremely abusive relationship with her at the age of 2. We lived in a woman's abuse shelter until we found a safe home. 4 years later I attended college to become a PSW to provide a healthy and financially stable life for my daughter and I. I needed to prove to my daughter no matter what you go through in life and challenges you face anything is possible. I see as shes almost 20 now I have raised a great woman who attends college now
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?There's no book on how to raise your children properly..even as a single mom. All you can do is try your best to raise them the best you can no matter your life situation. I have been lucky enough to raise a beautifully minded young woman whom I'm super proud of
