As most moms, I always want the best for my children. I have taught them to be kind, resilience and unconditional love for all humankind.
We would like to thank you for supporting Cheris Samuels in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
Just being able to watch them grow, learn, and be able to witness the joy of discovery and watching each of their personalities evolve to amazing young little people. I also love to help them experience the outdoor and push boundaries to let them know they are capable of some many great things and adventures in life. I also enjoy guiding them in being a good human, passing on value and being part of our community. I love to hear their laughs and giggles and enjoy our cuddle time, it goes by fast
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Patience, haha and it has help easy my over planning and to relax and go with the flow more. I have had to work hard on letting go of control and my timelines and planning. It has been very humbling. Also be better at experiencing the now and love the time I have with them, especially as an older mother. I want to be healthy and strong for them so we can do it all and experience it together. Being a newly single mom after 25yrs with 2 kids under 5 years, has really made me focus on self care.
What would you do with $20,000?Paying off debt and be able to put some of the money toward as beach vacation for the kids and I or Disney cruise with my parents as they are in their 70's and want to make the best of the time we all have with them for building memories with the grandkids. Family is so important to us and quality time and experience as well. We value this so much and the outdoors!
