What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

I think there are many rewarding parts about being a mom, but I would say my favorite would be watching these tiny little humans I brought into the world experience life. I love to watch how they navigate tough situations and how amazing they are in moments that are unexpected. I may not know what I am doing the majority of the time as a mom, but I am watching my girls grow whether that be the good or the bad…I am proud and that is where I feel the most rewarding joy as a mom.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that there is no right or wrong in how you parent. Motherhood is basically winging it for what feels right and you learn and grow from that. Being a mother is hard and you are constantly figuring out what works for your family. For me, I was a young mom and it forced me to grow up quick and, I think with that, it has blossomed me into the mother and person I am today and I feel so lucky to be able to experience motherhood in that way.

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would be a dream come true for my family. It would let me set aside for new life situations, such as having new drivers in the family, saving for a car, saving for part of their futures involving college opportunities. Beyond that, I would definitely take my family on a trip of a lifetime. My girls have never been on a beach so somewhere that would involve a beach would be amazing.
