What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is when you think you’re doing everything wrong and nothing is going your way, one of my boys, and sometimes all of my boys, come up to me, for no reason at all, tug on my shirt and gives me a big hug and says, “mommy I love you. “ It’s moments like these that remind me that although I may see all the imperfections, the only thing that matters is that my children feel loved and supported always.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that while you may think you have it all planned and everything should work out perfectly, it almost never will, and most of the time the end result is way better than you could’ve possibly planned. It’s the happy accidents, the memorable moments the laughter mixed with chaos. I have to constantly remind myself to just enjoy the moment, however small it may be, because I know that these are the moments that we will remember forever.

What would you do with $20,000?

What would I do with $20,000? Wow, that is a huge question. My biggest goals in life are to make sure that my children always and forever feel loved and supported and with the $20,000, I plan to invest in my children’s future with the hopes that by the time they start entering college, the money will have grown and maybe I am able to remove the financial burden of higher education and give them the gift financial freedom. That they may choose a college that is the best fit for their big dreams.
