The most rewarding thing is when your kids turn out to be unique individuals that are kind and considerate. I am always surprised my kids have turned into some super cool human beings.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Kids are capable of doing more than you think they can. I learned as a girl scout troop leader. Doing everything does not teach kids anything. But you can ask and expect more from kids than most parents think. I had 1st graders learning to do dishes in the woods. I had 3rd graders doing meal planning for our next trip.
What would you do with $20,000?I would like to get us all together. We are in different states right now. But I would also like to set up some kind of trust fund. Life can be hard with a safety net.
