Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The memories I get to create, be a part of and make for my kids! Which is a childhood I didn’t completely have but enjoy watching the happiness is my kids faces and later hear about them sharing the memories we’ve made and the fun they have had! I also love to see each of their growth and how far they have came! The love they also share knowing how I have struggled in my childhood with my adopted parents and not experiencing love and hugs! Even my step son will make sure to come up and give hugs

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Biggest lesson is to constantly share positive affirmations and love. To never turn down a hug, to always have time to listen and to actively listen! Also to make sure when anyone is upset to honor their feelings and what they are feeling and help each one of them work through it! To encourage and show them a strong example of a mom who even up against everything to stay strong and pursue a degree! Even if up against all the odds!

What would you do with $20,000?

Plan a trip to Orlando studios, (all the parks) and Disney for a day also to stay in a really awesome Airbnb I found that is Harry Potter themed!!! We would also have to fly, even though an RV rental would be fun as well and I would also love to donate some to Nate’s Next Up who helps kids in the adoption center to take fun trips as well!
