Carmella Robinson

I am a single mother of 2 kids. I don't know how I make it happen but I do. They are comfortable, safe, and happy.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part about being a mom is that I get to share life with two human beings that I helped to create. I'm the first person they look for when they wake up and the last person they see before the close their eyes to go to sleep at night. I love to see that I bring them comfort.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson that Motherhood has taught me is that all I can do is encourage my kids to make good choices, but it's their life and they are going to do things they way the see fit regardless of what me or anyone else have to say about it. I just hope they don't break the law.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I would used it to get my car fixed up to standard. I would also use it for a security deposit and moving cost to rent a new apartment. And, last but not least, I would let my kids pick something expensive to buy because they deserve it. I feel like I've put them through enough and I want them to feel special.
