The most rewarding part of being a mom, for me, is teaching my children that mistakes are a natural part of life and don’t define their worth. I value showing unconditional love and reinforcing that even when things go wrong, what truly matters is the effort to grow, improve, and keep moving forward. Through my actions, I demonstrate resilience, self-compassion, and accountability—helping your child understand that becoming better, both for themselves and for others, is what shapes them

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson I have learned about motherhood is that perfection isn’t possible, and that’s okay. Being a good mother means accepting that you won’t always get everything right, learning to forgive yourself, and continuing to show up with love. Self-compassion is just as important as the care you give your children. I have also realized that while it’s natural to want to give your kids everything they ask for, what they truly need most is your time, presence, and support.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, my first priority would be to use part of it to pay down some of the debt you built up while navigating life as a single mom after your divorce, giving yourself some financial relief and stability. With the remaining money, I would focus on creating meaningful experiences by planning a family vacation for everyone—myself ,my husband, my two children, and my stepdaughters. Since I haven’t had the opportunity to travel all together before.
