Watching their curiosity unfold. Standing back and watching how their little minds work. From infancy and learning how to use their hands to play, into young age, there they make decisions on how to build friendships, and make bigger forts. Their personalities are a reflection of what you teach them, and they spread that into their decisions they make in everything such as making friends, making the team, and making good choices. You show them how to be a good person.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me that time is both the most precious and the most fragile gift. After losing my dad young and my father-in-law unexpectedly last year, I’ve seen how deeply absence is felt—especially by my children. It’s a constant reminder to be present, to love deeply, and to never take a single moment for granted.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it for my children so they have something to start their journey after high school. Whether that choice is college, trade school, or joining the work force right away, it would help to be a cushion in the direction their heart leads them.
