One of the most rewarding parts of being a mom is sharing deep core memories and experiences. I've always loved to bake. My grandmother taught me how to bake as a child. Watching my boys join me in the kitchen and seeing the smiles on their faces brings me a new level of joy and love. I would also say, the love of a child to their mother is unmatched by any other. Children think the world of their mothers and can be the biggest supporters. My boys constantly show me how to be better.

"Do It Anyways" is the biggest lesson Motherhood taught me. The second is Strength. My first experiences with Motherhood was a crash landing, to say the least. I was high risk, the twins birth was traumatic, leaving them hospitalized in NICU for 9 months collectively; and at two different hospitals. There were so many challenges to face in their first years of life as a new mom. I knew my experiences weren't "normal" but I didn't let that stop me from showing up for my boys.

One of my sons has Hydrocephalus and is delayed developmentally. We work with several therapy groups to provide him with the support and equipment he needs to grow and thrive. However there are more specialized therapies in different states/countries. If we won the 20,000 I would utilize the funds to take my son on a Therapy trip to help him learn to walk. I would also take my boys to Disneyland so they could see the Marvel park and have a blast.
