What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Watching them learn to talk, walk, think for themselves, and develop their own personality is a kind of joy that hits your heart in a place nothing else does. Realizing that the values, comfort, safety, and guidance you give are building who they will become gives a deep sense of purpose. Motherhood shows you a version of yourself you didn’t know existed — more patient, more protective, more resilient.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood teaches you to slow down, breathe, and handle things one moment at a time, even when everything feels chaotic. Motherhood puts you in situations you never trained for, yet somehow you show up, figure it out, and keep going. The everyday hugs, laughs, and little milestones end up being the memories that stay with you. There is no “perfect mom.” There’s only showing up, loving hard, and trying your best.

What would you do with $20,000?

Pay off or reduce debt Build a strong emergency fund Invest a portion Do something special with my child/grandchildren
