Honestly? The hugs… and the fact that at least one person thinks I’m a superhero even when I haven’t slept or showered. Watching my kids grow, laugh, and turn into little humans with big personalities makes every chaotic moment worth it. Knowing I play a role in shaping who they become and being their safe place through every stage is a feeling that’s hard to put into words.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

That I can function on very little sleep, answer 47 questions a minute, and still forget why I walked into a room. But seriously, motherhood has taught me patience and perspective. I’ve learned that I can’t control everything, but I can choose how I respond with love, grace, and consistency. It’s also taught me to slow down and appreciate the little moments, because they truly are the big ones.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’d use the $20,000 to take some pressure off—pay down bills, build savings, and invest in my kids’ future. Being a mom means thinking ahead, but also living in the moment, so I’d make sure some of it goes toward fun memories with my kids. And if there’s anything left… I might finally do something just for me (without sharing snacks 😄).
