When my girls curl up on my lap to snuggle. After all they’ve been through I know they feel safe finally & can let their guard down & have fun/ be silly with me. There’s nothing better than tiny arms wrapping around you in a hug saying “I love you mommy”.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That nothing is the way I “planned” it. But now I know that when it comes to my babies & their safety I am stronger & braver than I ever thought possible. We started over with nothing but me & my 3 daughters, we had to leave everything behind when we escaped.
What would you do with $20,000?I would finish my schooling so I can get a higher paying job & finally buy a modest house for us, I really want my girls to be able to have a little bit of a yard to play like I got to as a kid. I’d use a small portion of it to go on a little family vacation, maybe to an aquarium they really wanted to see.
