The most rewarding part of being a mom is seeing my children and grandchildren know they are loved and never alone. I grew up without the support I needed, so being the safe place for my family means everything to me. Watching them grow, heal, and keep going through life reminds me that all the sacrifices, hard work, and struggles were worth it.

Being a mom taught me that love is more than being strict. I grew up without my parents and experienced abuse as a child, so I raised my children trying to protect them the only way I knew how. Over time, and especially becoming a grandma, I learned that patience, understanding, and gentle love are just as important. Motherhood taught me healing, growth, and how to love better than I was taught.

If I won the $20,000, I would use it to help my children and grandchildren. Growing up without stability made me work hard to always be there for my family. I was never able to give my daughter the car she dreamed of when she was younger, and helping my family has always been my biggest goal. The family trip would mean priceless memories together.
