The most rewarding part of being a mom is knowing I am their safe place no matter what and that God chose me out of everyone else to be their mom. Through everything I have been through, I get to show them love, strength, and faith. Watching them grow and knowing they feel safe, seen, and deeply loved by me… that is everything. I will never stop showing up for my kids, because what we have been through does not define us. It tells a bigger story… one that ends with us.

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that it is the most powerful job you will ever have. It has taught me how strong I really am and how to keep showing up even when life feels insurmountable. It has taught me that love is a choice you make every day and that healing matters. I am doing the work so my kids don’t have to carry what I did. Hearing my child say “it ends with us” showed me I am changing the story and even when I didn't feel like it, they knew I was right there all along.

If I had $20,000, I would use it to build stability for myself and my family while continuing to grow my business and ministry, Sunshine Creations Co. I would invest in opening a creative wellness studio where people can come together, heal, and create. I want to support small businesses, host meaningful community events, and create safe spaces for people going through hard seasons. This would allow me to not only make a difference, but also create a stable future for my family.
