The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching who my kids are becoming and knowing I helped shape that. From Seth 20 and Alexis 18 finding their way in this crazy world, to Brynnleè 15 growing into herself, and Liam 8 keeping life joyful each stage is special. Opening our home to 5 exchange students showed me love goes beyond biology. It’s the everyday moments "being their safe place" that means the most.

Motherhood has taught me that love isn’t just a feeling : it’s showing up every day, even when it’s hard. I’ve learned patience, letting go of control, and that I won’t always get it perfect and that’s perfectly okay. What matters most is being their safe place, listening, and loving them through every stage as they grow into who they’re meant to be.

I'd use it to give back to my husband, their dad and a disabled veteran; Because SUPER DADS are important too. Easing his stress, supporting his health and needs, and giving him the care he's always given us. He's sacrificed so much for our family, this would be a way to show deep appreciation while also creating special moments together as a family he's worked so hard to protect.
