What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom isn’t one big moment—it’s a collection of moments. It’s witnessing who they become because of what I poured into them. It’s seeing my girls become their own person. The way they treat others, how they handle challenges, how they love. That reflection of my efforts and values is incredibly fulfilling. It’s how they change you. Motherhood stretches you, softens you, strengthens you. You grow in ways you never would have otherwise.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

If I had to narrow it down to one, it’s this: You can’t control everything but you can love consistently. Motherhood is humbling. You can plan, protect, teach, and try your absolute best and my kids will still have their own personalities, choices, struggles, and paths. Letting go of that need to control everything while still being present, guiding, and loving them is one of the hardest but most powerful lessons. Motherhood teaches you how to let go while holding on to what matters most.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would first set aside some money as an emergency fund. Life is tough and you never know when something will happen. And trust me, something always happens. I would help my children with any burdens they may be facing. I would pay down any debt or get rid of it completely. That alone would change my daily life more than anything materialistic. I would make sure my mother who is battling cancer has the care she needs.
