What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is when they take a step of growth into the world independently. It is sad at first knowing they are growing up but exciting to know that the life lessons you taught them are helping to mold them into productive young adults.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Life isn’t perfect. You are not perfect. And you will never be fully ready for the next step. But that’s ok. You learn as they learn and will continue to conquer every new challenge that comes your way. It wasn’t our plan to have our niece and nephew move in with us. But it was God’s. Through your journey, you find your purpose and continue to grow as a family and in your faith.

What would you do with $20,000?

Life is crazy. We all work. But our family deserves time together. Children don’t remember what they got for Christmas but the remember experiences. We can enjoy family time that will become a memory for a lifetime that they can return to their children. Children need the opportunity to expand their horizons as we continue to grow. We are also is desperate need of a new driveway with a steep hill and Pittsburgh winters, it makes it tough on our family.
