The most rewarding part of being a mom to me is being that safe place for my kids, especially when life gets hard. I don’t just love my own, I chose to show up for others too. It’s in the little moments—when they trust me, laugh with me, or come to me when they need comfort. Knowing they feel secure because of me means everything. I’m helping shape how they see love, and that’s something that will stay with them forever.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that life isn’t what you expect, and somehow that can be the most magical part. I’ve learned everyone just needs love and a place to belong, and I get to help create that. I don’t have to be perfect to do it. Showing up, loving hard, and being consistent is enough, and that’s what really matters in the end.
What would you do with $20,000?If I had $20,000, I’d make sure my family is stable first—pay off what I can and make our home feel more peaceful. I’d invest in my art business and turn it into something real, not just an idea. I’d do something meaningful for the kids, maybe a trip or memories we’ll keep. I’d also pour a little into myself, because I don’t do that enough. And I’d save some, because life doesn’t always go how you expect.
