What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is living in the beautiful chaos of raising my three kids while working from home. My almost 16 year old about to drive, my 10 year old Colin, and my 8 year old Sophia, my sassy little diva, all keep life full. It’s knowing they still need me, trust me, and choose me. Watching them grow into kind, confident individuals makes every exhausting, loud, love filled moment completely worth it.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that I cannot control everything, and that is okay. It has shown me how to be patient, flexible, and present even in the chaos. With three very different kids, I have learned to meet each of them where they are and love them for exactly who they are. The biggest lesson is that the little moments matter most, and being their safe place is more important than being perfect.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to invest in my kids’ futures. With one about to start driving and two not far behind, I would set money aside for each of them for college or their first car. It would be a way to support their independence and give them a strong start, while still creating special memories together as a family.
