True "Super Moms" aren't perfect—they’re adaptive. You learn as you go, you apologize when you're wrong, and you keep showing up every day.
We would like to thank you for supporting Amber Swanson in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
I get to see their smiling faces each and every day. I home school my oldest so every day is an adventure especially her being the only girl with three younger brothers.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?You don't have to be a perfect mother to be a great one. Your kids don't need a superhero; they just need you to be there everyday to show up even on the “bad days”.
What would you do with $20,000?I would bank some (3K-4K per kid) away into their Trump IRA accounts. I would then take the family to visit my grandfather in Massachusetts he’s in his late 80’s. This time with him is valuable since tomorrow is never promised would also spend a weekend in Maryland visiting my mother she’s 60. I would most definitely get myself some new clothes since everything feels funky (I am 4 months postpartum with our last baby) and nothing really fits “right”.
