What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my 3 children grow through challenges unseen while choosing love, strength, and hope.My middle child faces ADHD,delays,and depression; my oldest battles severe depression and a difficult world; my youngest lives with developmental delays,ADHD, Williams syndrome, and medical conditions.Through it all, I’m healing, building a business, breaking cycles, and showing them resilience. Reward is being their safe place and proof love overcomes anything.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that love is a daily choice, not just a feeling. It means showing up even when life is overwhelming, advocating when my voice shakes, and staying strong for my children in every storm. I’ve learned that resilience is built in quiet sacrifices no one sees, and that every child’s journey is unique. My greatest lesson is that unconditional love can carry a family through anything—and it has made me stronger than I ever imagined.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use $20,000 to build long-term security for my family by creating a savings cushion for emergencies and future opportunities. I would invest in my children’s education and development programs, as well as resources that support their growth and emotional well-being. I would also put part toward expanding my cleaning business to increase income stability, ensuring I continue building a stronger legacy and a more secure future for my children.
