Watching them learn and grow everyday! Being their safe space, and honestly the healing journey you go on as a mother. They change you for the better and give you purpose everyday. Healing your inner child, learning new ways to navigate scenarios and giving them the best life possible. Watching their eyes light up when they see you, that has to be the best feeling ever! From the running hugs, to the tiny hands holding your hands, words can’t explain how warm it makes my heart.

Patience, learn to self regulate your emotions so they can learn to regulate their own. They copy everything you do, so do things with intention knowing their eyes are on you. It’s taught me how strong I am, I can and will do anything for my son. No matter how much energy you have left in the day, you still get it done. Pick your battles and pick your No’s! Life is simple, and make sure you enjoy every moment of it because it goes by way too fast.

I would put some away in my son’s RESP account for his future, and then put some away in his sports fund I have started, pay off some debt I have from legal fees, and take my son somewhere on a little family vacation! Something I never had the chance to do when I was a child until I was in my teens. I want to show him the world! I want to set us up for success. Stress free mama means a happy healthy life! My son deserves the world, I work super hard to give him everything he deserves!
