It’s amazing to see as my kids get older how they’re becoming the best version of themselves. Seeing them become kind, loving kids who love God and love others is very rewarding. Also, watching them do what makes them happy makes my heart happy! I also learn new things from them every day, & I wouldn’t have it any other way.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?It’s taught me that things aren’t always going to go the way you want them to or the way you thought they would, but you just love your kids through it all & let God be in control. Also, the small things can actually mean the most. You can’t do it all, you just need to do your best.
What would you do with $20,000?I would put some away for each kid for after they graduate high school. Then we would also take a wonderful family vacation and visit family on the other side of the country that we haven’t been able to see in years. Making memories is so much better than buying more things.
