Watching my children grow into their own identities and individual people. The smiles on their faces when they are enjoying their lives that I have worked very hard to provide for them. Dancing in the kitchen while cooking supper and seeing them laugh and smile even though I know they are slightly mortified. Watching them be kind and gentle with other humans and animals makes my heart happy.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That it didn’t come with a manual, you have an idea of what it’s going to look like but every child is different with different needs and personalities, that nobody is a perfect mother and that motherhood is lonely. You are never first, it’s a luxury to eat a hot meal after your done serving theirs. Adult conversation and stimulation is a rare commodity and as a single parent you are truly the only one you can rely on but mostly that time flys by faster than you can even catch your breath.
What would you do with $20,000?Take my children on an adventure , buy a quad for our campsite. Pay off some bills, go for a massage.
