The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is self-love. Loving myself fully—through the eyes of my child has changed everything. It made me realize that self-love isn’t something you practice only when life feels good or when people are around. It’s something you choose, every single day, through the highs and the lows. I want my daughter to understand that her worth is not defined by others. That her light doesn’t come from the outside—it lives within her.

If awarded the $20,000, I would intentionally divide it into four parts to create both immediate stability and long-term impact. First, a portion will be invested into my daughter Anna’Naki’s 529 plan to secure and support her future educational journey. Second, I will allocate funds toward my personal student loan debt, allowing me to reduce financial burdens and continue building a stronger foundation for my family.
