We would like to thank you for supporting Aimee Edwards in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part is watching them grow into their own person! Watching them build relationships with other kids and other adults, but most of all, having those adults tell you how polite and friendly your kids are.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

You always have to roll with the punches. Parenting babies, toddlers, preteens, teens, every stage requires a different type of parenting. If you don’t grow with them, it makes it 10 times harder!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would put some away for the kids’ future (post secondary, first car, etc), but also spoil them with something fun! Maybe a vacation, gaming system or a bigger pool!
