The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my two daughters grow into brave, kind, independent young women. I’m proud that they think for themselves, ask questions, try new things, and are not afraid to be different. Seeing them become confident and compassionate in who they are has been the greatest joy of my life.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me that love is not control. I’m naturally type A, but raising strong daughters has taught me to listen more, let go more, and trust their journey. It has also taught me how important it is to show them they never need outside validation to know their worth.
What would you do with $20,000?While I’m proud to serve as a full-time Stanford nurse, my long-term goal is to grow my personal training business and help more women transform their health and confidence. I would use the $20,000 to invest in that vision, expand my business, and build something meaningful for my family while creating a space where women of every age feel seen, supported, and empowered.
