There are so many parts of motherhood that are rewarding; but I would have to say seeing my children enter the world with kindness. Athletic or scholastic achievements are wonderful; but at the end of the day I just want my kids to be kind. Treat others the way they want to be treated, and when I see that, or get to hear from a teacher they are doing this in class, it is beyond rewarding.

I have always struggled with anxiety, and probably taken life far too seriously. Motherhood has taught me the lesson of grace. I give myself grace more often because I wouldn’t ever want my children to be too hard on themselves. Life is short, we need to have fun, and literally don’t sweat the small stuff. If we can manage that our happiness will overtake any stress or anxiety that comes our way.

I am going to be completely realistic with the this answer. I would put half of this away into a savings account of some kind for my soon to be three kids. With the other half I would do something fun for my family. We have gone through so much change lately, and to be able to take a step back and enjoy each other on a vacation would be amazing.
