I am a DV survivor, a divorced single mother of 3, and caretaker not only for my own children but also for all those struggling around me.
We would like to thank you for supporting zeb mercury in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Waking up every morning before my children and seeing them asleep happy and healthy. I love knowing that regardless of our struggles and what we have survived together my children are full of love, kindness, and compassion for others. Having teachers, mutual friends, or passerby’s compliment my children for how they love and help others people is the most rewarding part of my journey. I also take pride in knowing we have a strong bond and together we are an unstoppable force.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?Traveling around the USA with my kiddos. While is was a scary time because we were trying to figure out life with no new plan, we made a lot of memories. This was the catalyst for us fully leaving North Carolina and finding our new home in Oregon. Living on the road with your kids and still being able to laugh and find happiness in our journey even through the tears is something that has strengthened us and allowed us to overcome every struggle that we faced from then on.
What would you do with $20,000?I would put that money towards my business plans, savings, and setting my children up for the future.
