What would you do with $20,000?I would put a down payment for a 5 bedrom house so I can call it our home. I want to stop paying rent and settling for a small apartment and someone else's rules. I would like to leave something for my children in case something happens to me. I want my children to have their own rooms and experience decorating it the way they choose to.
