Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Even after a long day of feeling like you could not mess things up more, feeling so defeated, and oozing with mom guilt feeling like you could have done more. But the sweet faces that always seem to look up at me and give me so much grace, and that feeling that in their eyes I’m perfect. It truly gives me comfort that no one can do it better than mom. Their smiles and their excitement melt my heart. It’s truly the most rewarding.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I won’t forget the first time I took my first born home. There was a moment where I felt it so odd that I was taking this little human being home with me . Later that night I walked into my own mothers room and I looked at her with such fear in my eyes. I was so scared and I cried my heart out while hugging her. I expressed that I could not fathom being responsible for the life of an entire human being ! My daughter, my own child. I was so afraid already for anything that could happen to her.

What would you do with $20,000?

I got pregnant during the Pandemic in 2020, and ever since then I have been a stay at home mom. I had my children back to back and it has been the hardest job in the world. Everything happened so fast! I have worked endless nights being a homemaker, tending to daily home life, on my fit journey, all while managing my online business. A mother needs a vacation !! I would use this $20,000 and take a wonderful trip to Europe with my family, and with what’s left buy my dream wedding ring.
