What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

My reward for being a mom is knowing that I had to learn some of the hardest lessons in life through my kids that had taught me to be strong. I had to learn about strength I never thought I had mentally, emotionally and physically. Learning to overcome and challenge barriers and obstacles that were meant to stop me in my path has made me the best strongest version of me that I never thought I could be. I owe it all to the four kids who call me mom and tell me they love me everyday.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

We do annual camping trips away from home every year, not far but near by, and my kids love it! A memory that I’ll never forget is me sitting with my kids by the fire on our 3rd annual camping trip and taking in the amount of camping stuff we had and how long it took us to gain all of it. Sitting by the fire that night burning marshmallows and my oldest daughter says “we’ve come to far mom, we never used to have all this stuff”. Camping is our family bonding and relief from the world’s worries.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won the $20,000 I would put it towards buying a family home so that my kids and grandkids can have a forever home that will represent who we are as a family. Display our different characteristics and diversity in interests knowing that even if we are all different from one another, we at least have our home in common.
